the hotel offers excellent views of the beach. the staff were helpful and polite throughout the stay. i found the room to be super clean and cozy. the food in the restaurant was good with friendly service.

friendly staff great selection games room

the staff greeted me with smiles EACH morning, which i liked. the hotel has a games room i used every day. the bar area had a great selection of drinks. i enjoyed EVERYTHING about this place except one minor detail.

the room featured one large double bed. the bathroom included a shower AND complimentary toiletries. cupboard internal lights would not switch off, so i needed to call someone to take a look.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. i used the spa facility and loved the jacuzzi overlooking the sea and beach. dinner and breakfast service were really good, and the nearby beach area was lovely!

The breakfast was very complete. the spa had various treatments. I used the sauna and steam room. the pools were clean and inviting. the gardens were manicured.

the wifi was very weak in my room.

games room friendly games drink selection poor service heating issue missing robes

the hotel boasts a lovely games room. i had a drink in the bar area too. the dinner was excellent.

My room had no heating, really bad since it was january. it took the staff a whole hour to deal with it. the customer service was poor too. There were no robes in the rooms.
